Our client, a Fashion Brand based in NYC, is looking for a Temporary Receptionist to join their team ASAP, on an on-going basis.
Schedule: Monday-Friday.
Office: Midtown, NYC
Responsibilities
• Answering all phone and email inquires - forward calls as needed
• Manage the front desk and greet all guests
• Complete admin paperwork/ filing as needed
• Ensure office supplies are available / ordered
• Assist in coordinating staff meetings or trainings
• Act as a liaison for several departments
• Ensure all office environmental standards are upheld
• Perform administrative functions to support different business areas
Qualifications
• 2-3 years of reception or office admin experience in the fashion industry.
• Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
