Summary

Bumble Bees Academy is a premium Early Childhood Education Center located in Springboro. We are seeking qualified candidates for Lead Teacher / Assistant Teaccher position at our location. As Lead Teacher / Assistant Teacher, you will have a unique opportunity to play a key part in the growth and development of our infants, toddlers, preschoolers. You will be responsible for executing, planning, supervising, and implementing the curriculum-based program for the class in accordance with the policies and philosophy of the school. You will help the center design teaching tools needed to enrich the young lives entrusted to our care. You will have to build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happens. With a prescriptive training, you will be able to handle customer service skills, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively.

Requirements

Childcare teaching experience in a licensed child care center or work experience with babies. Able to lift 40lbs and change diapers. Be responsible of cleaning and organizing own classroom.
