Job Description

StellarMettle is seeking a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for leading and coordinating all phases of commercial roofing construction projects, from early planning through final delivery, ensuring completion on schedule and within budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Review bid specifications and assess the feasibility of completing work within stated timelines.
• Direct all phases of project execution, including scheduling, budget tracking, dispute resolution, contract administration, and quality assurance.
• Gather and analyze property and building information to ensure seamless coordination between construction activities and facility operations.
• Monitor contractor and consultant performance, ensuring compliance with design specifications, project costs, and timelines.
• Resolve complex construction-related challenges and serve as an escalation point for disputes.
• Review, approve, and analyze change orders, payment applications, and project budgets to ensure accuracy and fiscal control.
• Conduct regular project reviews, prepare status reports, and maintain accurate financial forecasts.
• Ensure all permits, licenses, and insurance documentation are in place and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Organize and lead project meetings with internal teams, contractors, and clients, documenting key decisions and follow-up items.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of project contracts, plans, and specifications, and ensure compliance throughout execution.
• Perform site visits to verify progress, quality, and adherence to schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing commercial roofing projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Project.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Strong ability to conduct jobsite inspections and ensure safety compliance.
