Job Description

We're seeking a hands-on Shipper/Receiver Lead to join our clients team. This role involves careful handling of delicate computer components while also providing direction for a small team of two. The ideal candidate enjoys doing the work while guiding others to stay organized, accurate, and on track.

Hours: 7am-3:30pm/8am-4:30pm

Shift: Monday-Friday (onsite)

Pay rate: $22-$24/hr (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Accurately kit, pack and ship delicate computer parts and components
• Use the company's computer system to look up clients, follow packing/shipping guidelines, and complete orders correctly
• Lead and support a small team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Train and guide team members on packing processes and quality standards
• Monitor workflow and resolve issues as they arise
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, packing, or warehouse operations (fragile material handling a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Comfortable in a hands-on role while guiding others
• Reliable, organized, and able to prioritize tasks
• Able to lift up to 30-40 lbs as needed
