Job Duties

  • Serve as a key team member responsible for supporting the Microsoft SharePoint Online environment within the Microsoft 365 GCC High cloud.
  • Create and manage SharePoint sites, user permissions, libraries, and lists.
  • Develop, maintain, and support solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform suite (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, and Dynamics), as well as SharePoint and Project sites.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SharePoint sites and Microsoft 365 technologies, including Teams, OneDrive, and Office 365 applications.
  • Collaborate with team members to recommend, design, and implement new processes and procedural improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT field without a degree.
  • 1–3 years of experience managing Microsoft SharePoint Online (M365) at the enterprise level.
  • 1–3 years of experience developing and supporting Microsoft Power Platform applications, including Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps.
  • 1–3 years of experience managing and supporting Microsoft Teams.
