ProspectBlue is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst for their client in Richmond, VA!

Position Summary:

The Treasury Management Operations Specialist is responsible for coordinating the implementation and ongoing support of Treasury Management products and services for commercial clients. This role ensures accurate onboarding, efficient daily operations, and compliance with all applicable regulations, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end setup and implementation of Treasury products, including ACH origination, wire transfers, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Positive Pay, and online banking.
• Review client documentation, configure services, validate entitlements, and ensure timely onboarding milestones.
• Process maintenance requests, research and resolve operational discrepancies, and monitor daily Treasury activity.
• Partner with Relationship Managers and internal teams to support client acquisition and service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with NACHA, Reg E, UCC 4A, OFAC, and BSA/AML requirements.
• Identify process improvements, participate in system testing, and maintain operating procedures.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert and provide guidance or training to team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Treasury Management or commercial deposit operations.
• Strong knowledge of cash management systems, payment processing, and banking regulations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Treasury platforms such as FIS, Fiserv, Jack Henry, or Q2.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) preferred.

Work Environment:

• Primarily office-based with hybrid flexibility.
• May require occasional early-morning, evening, or weekend hours to support client implementations or system updates.
