Compensation:

$165,000 - $200,000+ yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the sales team for success, and provide the necessary tools and guidance to win.
  • Drive sales growth through effective systems and ongoing analysis of KPIs.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with team members, customers, vendors, and all co-workers.
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to develop the sales team's skills and improve their performance.
  • Manage lead distribution effectively and ensure efficient follow-up.
  • Analyze data meticulously, report on progress, identify growth opportunities, and participate in the recruitment of new team members as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Sales Management Experience: Proven success leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Industry Experience: Window and Door or Home Improvement Industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong Leadership and Coaching Skills: Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor sales professionals to exceed targets and achieve personal growth.
  • Expertise in Sales Process & Strategy: In-depth understanding of effective sales methodologies, CRM systems, data-driven sales strategies, and AI coaching systems.
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and communicate clearly with both team members and clients.
  • Results-Oriented with a Growth Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying opportunities, solving challenges, and driving continuous improvement in sales performance.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary: $125,000
  • Potential to earn $200,000+ in Year 1
