Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end interview scheduling (virtual and onsite) for candidates and internal teams
• Serve as the primary scheduling contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
• Facilitate communication and logistics between candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless interview experience
• Prepare interview materials, reports, and documentation for interviewers and consensus meetings
• Manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
• Coordinate travel arrangements and communication with candidates, recruiters, and travel partners
• Maintain strong partnerships with recruiters, interviewers, and administrative staff to support hiring goals
• Promote our brand to candidates throughout the interview process
• Support ad hoc recruiting and administrative tasks as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in interview scheduling, recruitment coordination, or high-volume calendar management
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
• Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet recruiting demands across time zones
