Role Overview:

We are partnering with a leading HVAC contractor based in Manhattan, NY, recognized for their expertise in HVAC systems and mechanical construction. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions on time, our client is committed to providing industry-leading services for a wide range of mechanical and HVAC projects.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Lead HVAC construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest mechanical and HVAC standards.
• Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring all HVAC and mechanical aspects are aligned with the project’s timeline and cost constraints.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and address challenges related to HVAC installations and mechanical systems.
• Ensure strict adherence to local building codes, safety standards, and regulations, particularly those related to HVAC systems.
• Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and budgets.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for future collaboration.

To be successful in your application, you will possess the following:

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC project management or mechanical contracting.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical construction, with hands-on experience in managing HVAC-related projects.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale HVAC or mechanical projects, especially in the New York City area.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
