Project Manager | Leading Medical Device Company

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join a leading Medical Device organization. If you have experience managing projects in regulated environments—especially within medical devices—and enjoy driving process improvements, this is a great opportunity to make an impact onsite at AH while advancing your project management career.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support multiple process improvement and integration projects from initiation to completion
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables using tools like Microsoft Project
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements and ensure timely project execution
• Track progress, identify risks, and prepare status reports for leadership and portfolio reviews
• Promote adoption of standard project management practices and continuous improvement
• Support teams in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools for project tracking and reporting

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in project management (or 3+ with an MBA)
• Proven experience in a medical device or regulated industry preferred
• Strong skills in project planning, stakeholder communication, and risk management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Excel
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities
• PM Certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus

📍 Location: Arden Hills, MN

💵 Pay: $75 – $78/hour.
