  • Build strong relationships: Collaborate with subcontractors, owners, and government officials to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor project status, costs, and quantities to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Keep things moving: Approve and manage paperwork flow including timesheets, daily reports, and tickets.
  • Support the team: Step in wherever needed to keep work progressing and resolve challenges on-site.
  • Coordinate resources: Communicate with the shop to ensure equipment is maintained and available.
  • Plan for success: Develop long-term strategies for each project, optimizing equipment and coordinating across company-wide operations.
  • Stay organized: Handle administrative tasks promptly and maintain accurate project records.

What You Bring

  • A college degree and 5+ years of experience in road construction.
  • Proven leadership skills with prior supervisory experience preferred.

  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
