Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to support R&D initiatives across our Medical Device business , including Infusion, Oncology, Vascular Access, and Pain Management. This role involves managing product development projects in a regulated environment, collaborating across cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Supply Chain.

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead R&D projects from concept to launch
• Define scope, schedules, resource needs, and deliverables
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across multiple sites
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and design control
• Lead regular updates with stakeholders including Directors and VPs
• Monitor risks, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful execution

✅ Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3–5 years of project management experience in a medical device or regulated industry
• Hands-on experience with product development , verification & validation (V&V) , and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, SharePoint, etc.)
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills
