Job Overview:
In this contingent resource assignment, you will participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Procedure Writing. You will review and analyze basic or tactical Procedure Writing assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Additionally, you will present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing an understanding of function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. You will also provide information to client personnel in Procedure Writing.

Responsibilities:

• Write procedures for Microsoft products.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather information.
• Update drafts and send completed drafts to publishing teams.
• Stay up to date with volume outflow, which can range from 20 to 50 procedures per month.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of Procedure Writing experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Experience in desktop-level procedure writing, preferably in a financial environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products, specifically Word and Excel.
• User-level experience with Jira.
• Strong willingness to ask questions and handle critiques in performance and writing

Pay Range: $35 - $38

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
