Camisa Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab is a highly specialized clinic for patients who have failed treatment elsewhere. Led by Dr. Joseph Camisa, one of only two physical therapists worldwide to have earned the distinction of McGill Method Master Clinician , we are known for excellence in spine care and advanced biomechanics.

But our scope doesn’t stop at the spine. We apply the same movement-based principles to the entire body , treating complex shoulder, hip, and knee conditions, post-surgical cases, and sports performance needs. From chronic pain to return-to-play, we specialize in solving the toughest orthopedic and athletic problems that other clinics cannot.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team through the exclusive Camisa Certification Fellowship .

This structured 3-month fellowship combines:

• Direct mentorship with Dr. Camisa.
• Mandatory McGill Method Certification (completed before or during fellowship).
• Additional required advanced coursework and guided readings (covering topics such as movement systems, adjunct modalities, sports performance, and manual therapy).
• Hands-on clinical application across spine, orthopedic, and athletic cases.

Upon completion, you will earn the Camisa Certification — a unique credential exclusive to our clinic that integrates McGill training with Frequency Specific Microcurrent, Sahrmann principles, functional training progressions, and other advanced approaches.

McGill Certification Requirement (Contract Options)

All fellows must complete McGill Method Certification . Two pathways are available:

• Clinic-Sponsored Tuition → We cover the cost of McGill course tuition, exam fees, and first-year membership. In exchange, you commit to a 3-year contractual work obligation with our clinic.
• Self-Funded Tuition → You handle your own McGill Method Certification costs.

Compensation & Commitment

• Fellowship salary is reduced during the 3-month training period .
• Upon completion of the fellowship and certification, salary is significantly increased .
• Competitive salary progression and benefits thereafter.

What We’re Looking For

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Strong desire to master advanced assessment and treatment approaches.
• Commitment to completing McGill Certification (mandatory) and fellowship coursework.
• Interest in treating both complex spine cases and a wide range of orthopedic/sports medicine conditions , including performance consultations.
• Long-term vision for mastery and professional distinction.
