We’re partnering with a school district in Marion County, IN to hire a School-Based Physical Therapist for the 2025–2026 school year.

This is a flexible opportunity open to both full-time and part-time candidates, supporting K–12 students across the district. The role starts ASAP and runs through June 2026.

This is a meaningful opportunity to support students’ mobility and access to education by providing physical therapy services across multiple school sites. You’ll work as part of a collaborative team focused on student growth and success.

Position Details:

• Location: Marion County, IN
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: June 2026
• Schedule: Flexible (Full-time or Part-time candidates considered)
• Grade Level: K–12 (district-wide support)
• Hours: To be determined based on caseload and district needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to students across multiple school sites in the district.
• Conduct assessments, write IEP goals, and provide progress reports.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student mobility and access to the school environment.
• Support students in developing motor skills, strength, balance, and functional mobility.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and district-wide initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Current Indiana Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy preferred.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel between district schools as needed.
