Job Title: Pharmacist – Oncology

Pay Rate: $65 – $70 per hour
Schedule: Day Shift | 5 shifts/week | 8 hours/shift
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Oncology Pharmacist to join our team in supporting Investigational Drug Services (IDS) and oncology infusion operations. This role plays a critical part in advancing clinical research while ensuring safe and effective patient care. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in investigational drug protocols, compliance standards, and oncology pharmacy practice.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all aspects of Investigational Drug Services (IDS) operations.
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, institutional, and accreditation standards.
Support daily oncology infusion workflows, including medication preparation and dispensing.
Provide education and clinical guidance to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals on investigational and oncology drug use.
Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff engaged in investigational drug activities and clinical research.
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or oncology pharmacy setting.
Strong understanding of investigational drug services and relevant regulations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
