Job Description

We are exclusively partnered with an ultra-high net worth family office in Boerne, TX, looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant.

Responsibilities:

Household & Lifestyle Management

  • Coordinate household staff: Manage schedules and communication between housekeepers, chefs, nannies, drivers, landscapers, etc.
  • Property management: Oversee maintenance, repairs, renovations, and contractors across multiple residences.
  • Inventory and organization: Keep track of valuables, wardrobes, wine collections, art, and household supplies.

Scheduling & Logistics

  • Calendar management: Handle family and children’s schedules, social events, travel, medical appointments, etc.
  • Travel coordination: Book flights, arrange private travel, accommodations, and itineraries — often across multiple time zones.
  • Event planning: Plan dinners, parties, fundraisers, or vacations — including managing guest lists and vendors.

Administrative & Financial Support

  • Personal errands: Shopping, gifting, deliveries, appointments, and reminders.
  • Bill payment & expense tracking: Work with accountants or family offices to reconcile receipts and manage budgets.
  • Document management: Handle confidential paperwork, insurance renewals, passport updates, etc.

Liaison & Communication

  • Gatekeeping: Manage communication between the family and external contacts (e.g., attorneys, business partners, school administrators).
  • Discretion & confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with complete privacy.
  • Representation: Sometimes act on the family’s behalf when interacting with service providers or VIP contacts.
