About the Role
Looking for a sharp, trustworthy, and detail-oriented personal assistant to help manage the penthouse apartment and day-to-day tasks for of a young entrepreneur in downtown Austin. This is a dynamic and flexible role - part home organization, part lifestyle management, and part creative problem-solving.
If you hold yourself to a high standard and love creating order, keeping beautiful spaces running smoothly, and getting things done, this role is for you.
You’ll Be Doing Things Like:
• Keeping the apartment polished and organized (everything in its place and running efficiently)
• Handling returns, pickups, and errands (Amazon, stores, etc.)
• Unboxing and assembling small furniture or household items
• Restocking essentials and maintaining high-end appliances (coffee maker, air filters, etc.)
• Preparing the space before guests, photo/video shoots, or work sessions
• Occasionally sourcing items or props for projects
