We’re looking to add a new member to our team at Cyrus Artisan Rugs !

We’re hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate for our Bloomington showroom — someone who’s personable, professional, tech-savvy, and comfortable using tools like Microsoft Excel. Experience in home décor or showroom sales is a big plus.

• Schedule: 4 days per week
• Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: 5115 American Blvd, Bloomington, MN 55437

• Welcome and assist clients with rug selections and design consultations
• Provide a high level of personalized customer service reflective of the Cyrus brand
• Maintain strong product knowledge across collections, materials, and styles
• Use Microsoft Excel and showroom software for client tracking, inventory management, and sales reporting
• Support showroom presentation, sample organization, and product merchandising
• Collaborate with the showroom team to ensure an exceptional client experience

• Proven experience in retail or showroom sales , ideally within the home décor or interior design industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general comfort with technology (email communication, CRM, POS, online product catalogs)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance, reliability, and attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for design, color, and craftsmanship

Competitive hourly rate plus commission.
