Job Title: Security Architect

Detailed JD:
Designs, implements, and leads secure cloud and system architectures, working across hardware, software, and product team Key responsibilities include creating strategies for cybersecurity programs, assessing and mitigating risks through threat modelling (like IAM and encryption), developing security standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to integrate security into CI/CD pipline.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Design:
Develop cloud security strategies, roadmaps and architecture patterns for Google devices and cloud platforms.
Risk Assessment & Mitigation:
Conduct threat modeling, security analysis, risk assessments, and vulnerability analysis to identify, assess, and mitigate
KISK Assessment & Mitigation:
Conduct threat modeling, security analysis, risk assessments, and vulnerability analysis to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
Security Architecture:
Design secure system components, hardware/software interfaces, and define security use cases across different resources.
Collaboration:
Work with internal teams (hardware, software, product) and external clients to define solutions, embed security, and ensure alignment with business goals
Guidance & Best Practices:
Provide expert advice on security best practices, including IAM, VPC design, encryption, and secure access for cloud environments.
Automation & DevSecOps:
Drive the integration of security into CI/CD pipelines and the automation of security practices.
Google Cloud (GCP) Expertise:
Lead security architecture design for GCP solutions, providing guidance on GCP-specific controls and governance.
Hardware & Systems Security:
Design security architecture for hardware, defining hardware/software interfaces and collaborating on innovative security solutions.
Consulting Engagements:
Guiding them in building and transforming their cybersecurity programs using Google's technologies.
