Job Description

Maxim Crane is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across digital, brand, and field channels. This role will assist in campaign coordination, content development, reporting, and vendor management to help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, paid media, and events.
• Content Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop and distribute marketing content (e.g., blog posts, social media, email copy, brochures).
• Reporting & Analytics: Track campaign performance and compile monthly reports using tools like Excel, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
• Event Support: Coordinate logistics for trade shows, customer events, and community initiatives such as Maxim’s “Week of Service.”
• CRM & Email Marketing: Support email campaign setup and audience segmentation using Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Vendor & Agency Coordination: Liaise with creative and media agencies to manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain marketing calendars, budget trackers, and asset libraries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Basic understanding of SEO, paid media, and social media platforms.
• Knowledge of construction, equipment rental, or industrial services is a plus.
