Flexible hours are between 8am and 8pm
** Sacramento, Antelope, & Del Paso Heights areas $21.50/hour

In this position, you are given the general liberty to make your own daily and weekly schedules based on understanding the client’s monthly needs and by working with the client’s availability and their desired days and times that work best for them. You will be responsible for documenting daily service/case notes and writing quarterly progress reports for the individuals assigned to you. 90% of your time will be spent in the field working with clients and the other 10% will be administrative work, such as writing reports, documentation, emails, etc. As part of this position, you will also be required to attend monthly training meetings at SYW’s branch office and communicate regularly with both your ILS Program Manager and your client’s RC service coordinators.
The Ideal Coach is: - Available to work Monday-Friday and occasionally on Saturdays.

- Computer literate with basic computer skills and intermediate knowledge of using MS Word and Excel.
- Excellent communicator in all aspects is required.
Preferred Education / Experience: - High School Diploma or GED.
- Knowledge with and can teach others budgeting, appointment management, time management, home care, and public transportation.
