Shawn Collins - State Farm Agency, located in Milford, DE has an immediate opening for a full-time Inbound Sales Specialist. 1. Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license.

2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Milford, DE. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Work with existing customers to review accounts, service accounts and pivot to new products
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification

Requirements:

• Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Bilingual a plus!
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty license
• Life & Health license
