About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Engineering Project Manager to support a fast-paced, cross-functional engineering team. This role is ideal for someone with a STEM background who thrives in data-driven environments and enjoys solving complex problems with minimal supervision.

You’ll play a critical role in supporting a large project which is a time-sensitive initiative with high visibility. This position blends elements of project management, data analytics, and technical documentation , and offers room to grow into broader responsibilities depending on your background and performance.

Immediate Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers to collect and analyze production and algorithm performance data
• Help establish and maintain a data labeling process to improve system accuracy
• Investigate algorithmic inconsistencies across production lines and report findings
• Identify defects in procedures and propose actionable solutions

Growth Opportunities:

• Evaluate and propose improvements to quality system management
• Assist with technical writing (e.g., test scripts, technical reports)
• Support project management tasks such as PO submission, budget tracking, and Gantt chart creation
• Contribute to manufacturing line change management and optomechanical installations

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial preferred)
• Experience: Entry-level to mid-level; prior exposure to vision systems or algorithmic analysis is a plus
• Skills:
• Strong data analysis and critical thinking
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable with technical documentation and reporting
• Proficient in tools like Excel, Gantt chart software, and basic project tracking systems
