Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Internal Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to adult patients, diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, and promoting overall health and wellness. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine medical needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnoses.
  • Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.
  • Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with medical standards.
  • Stay updated on advancements in internal medicine practices and medical terminology.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols and hospice palliative medicine principles.
  • Proficiency in managing complex cases involving multiple specialties.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with medical advancements.
