💰 Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 annually

Ridgeview Institute Smyrna is seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Intake Admissions to lead our Assessment & Referral (A&R) department. This role is vital in ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic intake processes for patients seeking behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient assessments with A&R Counselors and physicians.
• Oversee the admissions process and collaborate with Admissions Clerks.
• Support discharge planning under the direction of hospital leadership.
• Work closely with Clinical, Utilization Review, and other departments to meet hospital goals.
• Engage with the community to promote access and awareness.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing or a human relations field.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in psychiatric intake assessment.
• Licensed to practice in the State of Georgia.
• Strong knowledge of DSM-5, Mental Status Exams, and addiction recovery principles.
