Responsibilities
  • Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Administer payroll for all employees accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and dealership standards.
  • Support training and development initiatives to enhance team performance.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in HR and payroll management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll systems, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and payroll software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
