As a housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas. Your responsibilities will include:
Understanding all hotel operating procedures and room standards.
Inspecting room conditions and notifying the supervisor of any issues.
Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and replenishing supplies.
Dusting and cleaning furnishings, including televisions and desks.
Organizing and maintaining cleaning supplies and carts.
Promptly servicing guest requests and handling complaints effectively.
Promoting goodwill through courteous and helpful interactions.
Preparing rooms quickly and thoroughly, respecting hotel procedures.
Following uniform and nametag policies, along with all hotel policies and emergency procedures.
Maintaining personal cleanliness and embracing the company's Mission, Values, and Vision.
Performing deep cleanings when assigned, as well as laundering and public area cleaning.
Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, and reach upwards.
Capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Tolerance for exposure to extreme temperatures.
Ability to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods.
Interaction with co-workers and guests.
Use of cleaning chemicals and tools such as vacuum cleaners and brooms.
