Key Responsibilities

• Technical Design & Analysis : Perform slope stability, foundation design, retaining wall analysis, and more.
• Field Oversight : Lead geotechnical investigations, inspections, and testing.
• Project Management : Develop proposals, manage timelines, and maintain client relationships.
• Quality & Safety Leadership : Uphold rigorous standards in every phase of work.
• Proposal Development : Create compelling RFP responses that highlight technical and financial value.
• Team Collaboration : Communicate effectively with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Special Projects : Contribute to internal initiatives and cross-functional efforts.

Qualifications

Required:

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering
• 3+ years of geotechnical experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proven problem-solving ability
• Commitment to safety and quality

Preferred:

• PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• Experience with heavy civil infrastructure
• Skills in advanced modeling or specialty design
• Interest in business development
