We’re seeking an experienced Facility Security Officer (FSO) to lead our Industrial Security Program. In this role, you’ll manage facility and personnel clearances, insider threat, COMSEC, and physical security while ensuring compliance with federal regulations (NISPOM, DCSA). This is a chance to shape security programs in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all aspects of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP)
• Oversee facility (FCL) and personnel (PCL) clearances via DISS, NISS, and e-QIP
• Manage COMSEC and secure communications (SIPR/NIPR, classified media)
• Direct insider threat program and cross-functional working group
• Oversee SCIF/SAPF buildout, accreditation, and physical security systems
• Serve as primary liaison with DCSA and other government partners
• Deliver security training and maintain compliance records

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship + Active Top Secret clearance (SCI-eligible)
• 8–10+ years in government, defense, or IC security; 5+ years as FSO/AFSO
• Deep knowledge of NISPOM, DCSA, COMSEC, insider threat, and physical security standards
• Experience with SCIF accreditation (ICD 705) and UL 2050
• Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented and mission-driven
