Fabricator/Welder

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our growing team in Wheeling, WV. In this role, you will fabricate and weld metal components to precise specifications, ensuring top-quality workmanship and strict adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong welding and fabrication experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Fabricate and assemble metal components using a variety of welding techniques.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
Operate fabrication equipment including press brakes, drill presses, saws, and torch tables.
Perform accurate measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools.
Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure all products meet required standards.
Maintain compliance with welding codes, safety protocols, and company procedures.
Keep a clean and organized work area, promoting a safe and efficient workplace.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and production goals.
Proven experience in welding and metal fabrication (sheet metal experience preferred).
Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
Strong understanding of welding processes, industry standards, and safety protocols.
Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and adapt to project needs.
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and grow skills in machining and fabrication techniques.
