Executive Personal Assistant to Prominent New Yorker
In search of a full-time Executive Assistant for C-Suite level professional to support the Chairman of the Board from his mid-town office. Most of the work for this gentleman involves scheduling and travel. He is retired, so the schedule is not challenging but the work is detailed and requires care. Duties will consist of detailed calendar management, travel coordination, inbox mgmt, phone calls and miscellaneous organizational projects. Ideal candidate will have superb writing skills, excellent organizational and communication skills and experience working closely with a C-level executive and high-level, UHNW individual. M-Th and remotely on Fridays.
Benefits include fully paid health insurance coverage for the employee, a 401k plan with matching and paid vacation time.
Compensation DOE between $175k-225k
