We’re seeking a resourceful Executive Personal Assistant to support our Co-Founders at our Sonoma estate.

What You’ll Do:

This role is equal parts organization, ingenuity, hands-on support, and a dash of startup hustle. You’ll support our Co-founders with:

  • Personal Support: Coordinate personal logistics at our Sonoma County property, including bill payments, sourcing, liaison with handymen, organizing, and many other daily tasks.
  • Tech Support: Handle IT coordination—think Apple device troubleshooting, email syncing, and basic tech support.
  • Scheduling: Juggle complex calendars, arrange travel, and ensure Patricia’s always prepped and ahead of the game.
  • Event planning: Book reservations, travel, and manage on-site events making sure things run smoothly.
  • Research: Ranging from sustainable packaging or software tools to support her projects.
  • Office Setup: Help set up functional, employee-friendly workspaces as needed.
  • Logistics: Oversee product returns, manage shipping labels, and keep customer service and suppliers in the loop.
  • And wear all the hats necessary in a start-up environment.

Who You Are:

  • 2-5 years of experience as a personal assistant or project manager, (executive experience is a plus).
  • A master multitasker with laser-sharp attention to detail and a knack for prioritization.
  • Resourceful and solutions-driven—able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable adapting to change and stepping up as needed.
  • Tech-savvy (Google Suite, spreadsheets, project management tools) with basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Calm and reliable, even with tight deadlines.
  • Willing to flex beyond traditional EA tasks to support different aspects of our growing business.

  • Compensation: Contract position, about $5,0000 - $7,000 per month (depending on experience) with the upside to turn into a full-time position with stock options, bonus plan, retirement plan, paid holidays, flexible time off, expense account, and professional development. Note: Health benefits not currently offered.

  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 10 AM-6 PM, with additional flexible hours for evenings, weekends, or travel.
  • Location: On-site in Sebastopol, CA, with hybrid options (1-2 days remote).
