Position Overview:
We are searching for an energetic and organized Entry Level Events Assistant to support our Charlotte team. This role helps coordinate event activities, assist clients on-site, and ensure smooth execution of company-led and client-focused events.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and preparation of corporate and client events.
Help manage event inventory, supplies, and equipment.
Track attendance, gather feedback, and assist with event follow-up tasks.
Maintain organized documentation related to event activities and client needs.
Provide general support to the events and operations teams as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and people skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in busy environments.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
Comfortable working on-site and occasionally standing for long periods.
Reliable team player with excellent time management.
