Now Hiring: Underground Utility Construction Crew Members

National Fiber Construction is looking for Underground Directional Drill Locators and Operators to join our team in Whitmore Lake, MI . These are full-time positions with competitive pay.

We're building rural high-speed fiber networks and need reliable, hard-working individuals to help us get the job done right.

County roads, right of ways, with wide open runs

Positions Available:

• Directional Drill Locators
• Directional Drill Operators
• Foremen / Crew Leaders

What You'll Do (Responsibilities may vary by role):

• Safely expose and identify underground utilities.
• Operate or assist with drilling and support equipment.
• Restore landscapes, pavement, and other surfaces.
• Place fiber optic cable and conduit.
• Keep detailed records of job activity and production.
• Communicate job progress clearly.
• Ensure crew safety and compliance.
• Maintain vehicle inventory and job site cleanliness.
• Follow all traffic and safety regulations.

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable self-starters with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience is preferred , but we're willing to train the right candidates.
