7am-4pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
