Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our store, interacting with customers and providing exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction. You will assist customers with their purchases, process transactions accurately, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the store, assist them in finding products, and answer any questions they may have.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, cleaning countertops, and ensuring merchandise displays are neat and well-presented.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and assist with receiving and stocking shipments as needed.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, security, and safety protocols.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner, seeking resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote sales and upsell products by informing customers of current promotions, discounts, and special offers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and assist with tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using cash registers or POS systems.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
