The Coordinator, Crew Accommodations is part of the Crew Scheduling and Support team within the Integrated Operations Center (IOC) division. This role ensures the safety and comfort of American Airlines' crew members by coordinating hotel and limo accommodations. You will collaborate with various departments and vendors to provide top-notch service to our pilots and flight attendants.

Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.
• Coordinate with hotel vendors to secure accommodations and transportation for variable-manning flight attendants, crew members affected by off-schedule operations, charters, and check airmen
• Ensure compliance with union contracts and AA Corporate Travel policies
• Interact with pilots, flight attendants, hotels, transportation companies, and teams within IOC to resolve issues and provide excellent service
• Assist in investigating crew debriefs and compiling data for monthly reports
• Support various departmental projects and initiatives
• Ensure crew members have safe and timely hotel accommodations according to their contractual requirements
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in aviation and/or call center environment
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Project management experience
• Experience working with union contracts and corporate travel regulations
• Familiarity with American Airlines' operations and policies
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
