Repeat founder (Stanford alum, prior VC-backed ventures) building a AI SaaS platform for U.S. healthcare . We’re working closely with domain experts and clinicians to launch our MVP.

Now looking for a Co-Founder & CTO to join at the ground floor.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Technology leadership – Define and execute the product architecture, tech stack, and AI integration strategy.
• Product development – Build and scale the MVP into a secure, compliant, enterprise-ready SaaS product for healthcare facilities.
• AI & automation – Drive innovation using LLMs, predictive analytics, and clinical decision support.
• Integrations – Lead integration with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) via FHIR APIs.
• Team building – Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team in U.S. and India.
• Process & compliance – Build HIPAA compliant infrastructure, ensuring enterprise-grade reliability and data security.
• Co-Founder role – Be part of every strategic decision from fundraising to go-to-market.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on full-stack engineering leader (7–10+ years) with proven experience in SaaS or healthtech.
• Strong background in AI/ML, data engineering, and cloud-native architecture .
• Experience with EHR systems, FHIR/HL7, or healthcare data standards is a big plus.
• Entrepreneurial DNA – you want to build a company from zero to scale as a true co-founder (bonus if you’ve been a founder before).
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move fast in an early-stage environment.
• Passion for solving real-world healthcare problems with technology.
