Insight Global is recruiting Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with an interest in transitioning out of the patient-facing role to join the team of a health-tech company. This company uses AI to make it easier for patients to get their medications, specifically dealing with insurances, pharmacy coordination, and affordability. The NPs/PAs will be using their clinical experience to inform everything from how medical records are interpreted to how treatment decisions are supported with the end goal of improving speed, accuracy, and consistency of patient access workflows across the board. This is a cross-functional role that blends clinical expertise with systems thinking.

The salary ranges between $100-140k.
