Salary: $90,000+ depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical services within the clinic and to home-based clients through ongoing monitoring of compliance and process improvements.
  • Coach, mentor, and conduct performance assessments for clinical staff, including BCBAs, RBT Trainers, and RBTs.
  • Oversee and evaluate the clinical progress of all clients, ensuring the development and administration of appropriate assessment and treatment plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical concerns raised by parents and RBTs within the service region.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to attract, hire, and retain talent to meet organizational needs.
  • Supervise and assess the effectiveness of service region RBT trainers and training protocols.
  • Maintain a modest program management caseload of approximately 10 billable hours per week.
  • Participate in other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Must-Have Skills:

  • BCBA Certification with at least three years of experience in a staff leadership position.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical record applications and Microsoft Office and/or G-suite applications.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience mentoring clinical teams in multi-site or regional healthcare organizations.
  • Knowledge of autism therapy best practices and emerging industry innovations.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance specific to pediatric health care.
  • Ability to participate in organizational growth initiatives and quality improvement projects.
  • Advanced communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
