$525,000 + base salary guarantee + bonuses
Requirements:
Board Certified in Electrophysiology (Cardiology)
Eligible for California medical license
100% focus on Electrophysiology; no general Cardiology required
Strong interest in program development and multidisciplinary collaboration
Completed all education and training in the US
We’re hiring a full-time, direct hire Electrophysiology Cardiologist to join a dynamic cardiology team in Pleasanton, Emeryville, or Castro Valley, CA—offering advanced EP procedures, outpatient heart rhythm care, and career growth in the East Bay area.
Job Overview:
We’re seeking an Electrophysiology Cardiologist for a fully EP-focused position. Join a collaborative team of Cardiologists and advanced practice providers delivering comprehensive outpatient and inpatient cardiac care across multiple East Bay locations. The position includes clinical practice, leadership of a growing regional EP program, and access to a newly built EP lab and hybrid ablation capabilities. Complex cases are referred to an affiliated academic medical center. No general cardiology or hospital call is required currently.
